This is due to the small size, the investment in this type of short-term rental with its high income and ambition requires providing all the necessary equipment and furnishings such as furniture, appliances, and decorations, in addition to providing the services that the customer seeking comfort can benefit from in return for what they spend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In projects of furnished residential units with high investment, it is necessary to recruit specialized personnel in the field of furnished apartments, and others specialized in hotel management, which constitutes a strong attraction factor that enhances the qualitative value of the economics of this field.
