{"id":35461,"date":"2022-06-22T23:11:15","date_gmt":"2022-06-22T20:11:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/?p=35461"},"modified":"2022-06-22T23:11:15","modified_gmt":"2022-06-22T20:11:15","slug":"%d8%a5%d9%86%d9%81%d8%a7%d8%b0-%d9%8a%d8%b9%d8%aa%d9%85%d8%af-%d9%85%d9%86%d8%b5%d8%a9-%d8%a7%d9%84%d8%af%d8%a7%d9%84-%d8%ab%d8%a7%d9%84%d8%ab-%d9%85%d9%86%d8%b5%d8%a9-%d9%84%d8%a5%d9%82%d8%a7","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/35461\/","title":{"rendered":"\u201cEnforcement approves Al Dal, the third e-auction platform"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Attribution and Liquidation Center (Enforcement) has approved Al Dal's auction platform as the third <a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/29530\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"29530\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">A platform for online auctions<\/mark><\/a> This allows service providers from the sales agents registered in the Center to start contracting with the platform (aldal.sa) to hold auctions like the rest of the approved platforms subject to the requirements and rules of the Center's operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Auction platforms are an essential means of conducting electronic auctions and organizing in-person auctions, in addition to enabling the conduct of hybrid auctions that allow electronic or in-person bidding according to the beneficiaries' wishes, allowing higher participation and benefiting from the automation of registration and bidding processes and their documentation to achieve the highest level of transparency and operational efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hussein bin Yahya Al-Harbi, CEO of the Enforcement Center, stressed the center's commitment to deepen the involvement of the private sector in the center's work and enhance competitiveness in order to improve the quality of services provided to beneficiaries, facilitate sales operations, accelerate liquidation procedures and recover rights, by harnessing integrated solutions in real estate technology to ensure the governance of the liquidation process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al-Harbi pointed out the importance of providing multiple options for sales agents assigned by the center to promote fair competition between platforms and incentivize them to provide high-quality services.<br \/>The Enforcement Center is one of the initiatives of the National Transformation Program (NTP), and the house of expertise specialized in supervising the liquidation of real estate and movable assets assigned to it by the judicial authorities, the private sector, private estates and individuals, with the aim of accelerating the process of fulfilling rights and enhancing beneficiaries\u201c satisfaction, through the appointment of specialists from the private sector.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"span-reading-time rt-reading-time\" style=\"display: block;\"><span class=\"rt-label rt-prefix\">Reading time: <\/span> <span class=\"rt-time\"> &lt;
