I previously spoke in an article titled \u201cReal Estate and Future Trillions<\/mark><\/a>\u201dIt is important for the national private sector to intensify its preparations to match the successive jumps in market variables; otherwise, it will be an easy victim for large companies that have started to organize their home from within to provide their services, and as we explained in previous articles, the survival of the strongest in the world of investment and competition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A year and a month have not passed since these hints, otherwise the news and reports that there is an increasing demand to cancel commercial licenses and freeze the practice of some businesses and economic activities, as the number of requests to cancel a commercial license in the past year 2021 reached more than 324,054 requests, at an estimated rate of about 900 requests per day, while the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing received 361. 772 requests for the issuance of a commercial license (regular immediate), i.e. the increase in the number of licenses reached 37,718,772 requests to issue a commercial license (immediate and regular), meaning that the increase in the number of licenses amounted to 37,718 licenses, and from these statistics, discussions and workshops should be conducted for those interested and researchers, especially since everyone knows the importance of small and medium enterprises in building the micro and macro economy, is there confusion in the orientations of some investors? Or is there a flaw in the feasibility studies that were based on the activities whose owners left the field? Or has the investment map really changed and has become a strong character based on solid pillars of protection against life's variables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The phenomenon of revoking business licenses could affect the overall economic landscape unless it is corrected or its purpose is explained, as the rate of exit from the market cannot be at a rate of 900 licenses per day, as indicated by reports, and at the same time our wise government seeks to stabilize institutions by facilitating and regulating investment, and even went further by raising the government spending budget to 27 trillion riyals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 This generous government support and the technical facilities implemented by the competent authorities make us wonder again about the real reasons why commercial registries are leaving the market, and what are the successful solutions to this.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
