Majid bin Abdullah Al-Haqil, Minister of Municipal, Rural, and Housing Affairs and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Real Estate Authority, affirmed that Real Estate Brokerage System<\/mark><\/a> This will mark a major turning point in the Kingdom\u2019s real estate sector, as it aims to regulate real estate brokerage and real estate services, reduce disputes related to real estate brokerage, improve the governance of real estate transactions, and provide brokerage contracts with credibility and legal standing in court proceedings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Al-Haqil expressed his gratitude to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and the Crown Prince, on the occasion of the Cabinet\u2019s approval of the Real Estate Brokerage Regulation.
