The project is located in the Narjis neighborhood north of Riyadh, and contains 588 housing units under construction of the \u201cvilla\u201d type, ranging in size from 338 to 351 square meters, and the project is implemented by Tilal Real Estate Company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project comes as an extension of 30 residential projects under development, distributed in the north, east and south of Riyadh, providing about 40,000 housing units of various forms (apartments, villas and townhouses), with an average price of up to 850,000 riyals, supervised by the off-plan sale or rental program \u201cWafi\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is noteworthy that National Housing is working to build vital residential communities with a civilized character with distinctive and modern designs, as part of its ongoing expansion plans to increase the real estate supply and provide housing units that suit the needs of Saudi families and their purchasing capabilities, with the aim of increasing the rate of home ownership by families.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>National Housing continues its efforts to expand the development of several projects and residential suburbs in the Kingdom to provide housing units at competitive prices.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"span-reading-time rt-reading-time\" style=\"display: block;\"><span class=\"rt-label rt-prefix\">Reading time: <\/span> <span class=\"rt-time\"> &lt;
