Many experts believe that Sales management<\/mark><\/a> In any company, the main artery through which money and profits flow is what helps the company grow and continue to surpass its competitors. Therefore, the sales process must be managed professionally by implementing all systems and plans. The financial results and company profits are the result of the performance of the sales management and its members. Therefore, choosing the right sales personnel is one of the most important factors for success; therefore, it is necessary to select individuals who possess the talent to present the product and explain its features so that the customer trusts the company and the products it offers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The sales process begins with the marketing department completing the marketing and promotional plans aimed at having a potential customer who is passionate and eager to discover the benefits of the product that the company has promoted, and the role of sales representatives is to convert the potential customer into a permanent customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sales management in real estate companies is the clearest example, given its connection with all the company's departments: at the beginning of each new project, the marketing department begins its work, as mentioned, and the sales manager holds lengthy meetings with the marketing department, the financial department, and the on-site execution department to determine many things such as: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

* Unit pricing (pricing is the responsibility of the marketing department, but the opinion of the sales manager is taken into account because the sales staff is the one who deals with customers and knows their requirements).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

* Defining the stages of the sale (this step is related to financial management and the target of financial inputs, as well as to the execution management that is responsible for executing the sold units according to the schedule specified in the sales contracts in order to obtain customer satisfaction).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 * Processing of many payment plans and pre-contract payments (due to the high value of real estate units and the difference in clients\u2019 financial standing and ability to adhere to a unified payment system, the sales department sets up several systems for the payment of pre-contract payments and installments, whether monthly or annual, so that no client is left behind).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  * Start of the advertising campaign and various promotional means (advertisements \u2013 printed materials \u2013 exhibitions).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sales management is the driving force and the fundamental indicator of a company's success in achieving its goals and properly implementing its business strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
