Al-Issa: Double the burden on shelters<\/mark><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Abdulaziz Al-Issa began by emphasizing that the Tourism-related real estate<\/mark><\/a> Al-Issa pointed to the positive statistics that appear in the news and reports, where the Minister of Tourism, Mr. Ahmed Al-Khatib, revealed that the number of domestic tourism visits reached 54 million visits during 2021, and that the target according to Vision 2030 is about 100 million visits, these figures mean doubling the burden on furnished apartments and hotel suites and the services provided in them, expecting there to be quality investments in this sector, as it is the fertile ground in which tourism grows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He stressed the importance of strategic thinking in investing in tourism-related real estate, explaining that modern malls, entertainment and luxury restaurants must be located in one place for the comfort and recreation sought by local and foreign visitors alike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Al-Issa called on the private sector to open up to the tourism industry in its comprehensive concept that promotes sustainable development in all investment and service sectors, which greatly helps in providing opportunities for small and medium-sized businesses and creating job opportunities for Saudi cadres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He praised the establishment of the Saudi Investment Marketing Authority in the Kingdom, noting that tourism in the Kingdom needs such qualitative leaps in attracting foreign capital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hard: Vital projects that support the tourism sector<\/strong><\/mark><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

For his part, Mr. Mohammed Al Saab, owner of Dost Hotel Suites, praised the diverse tourism resources that abound in the various regions of the Kingdom, which makes it easy to create a balance between all regions, in addition to the historical heritage that distinguishes the Kingdom from other countries, as well as the many facilities with which the state has stimulated investment in tourism and its tributaries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He explained that the tourism attraction projects in the Kingdom are characterized by high investment power, especially if we look at the direction of the state, may God protect it, in developing major cities such as Qiddiya, Neom and other vital projects that will contribute to supporting the tourism sector in all its bases, including residential and commercial real estate, which confirms the feasibility of investing in tourism-related real estate, and it is obvious that every visitor or tourist will need the hotel that shelters him, so accommodation houses and centers are essential that every tourist area cannot do without, which enhances the gains of these houses that during one year pass seasons in various cities for shopping, entertainment and recreation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We hope that the competent authorities put facilities for investors to build more hotels and resorts in cities with monuments and picturesque landscapes to revitalize them, and we hope that the media will produce documentaries and informative films about historical cities that have not received their share of popularity and spread among the citizens of our dear country.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
