The Board of Directors of the Public Authority for Real Estate Executive Regulations of the Real Estate Registration System<\/mark> <\/a>Issued by Royal Decree No. (M\/91) dated 19\/9\/1443 AH, according to the competencies assigned to it according to the provisions of the law, which deals with the documentation of land and real property, and clarifies in its articles all the details and procedures related to the system, within the framework of the development phase witnessed by the real estate sector at all legislative and organizational levels, as a result of the support and attention given to the sector by the wise leadership - may God support them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The General Authority for Real Estate is responsible for the jurisdiction and supervision of the system, which contributes to raising the efficiency and flexibility of registration procedures in the system in cooperation with the concerned government agencies. The system increases transparency and reliability in the sector and reduces real estate disputes.
One of the most important features stipulated in the system, which in turn contributes to serving the public interest and real estate owners of all segments, is the granting of absolute authenticity in proof of real estate ownership, as the system outlines the procedures for disposing of off-plan properties, registration fees, penalties, and controls for practicing surveying work related to the in-kind registration of real estate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is noteworthy that the registration of real estate lands and properties is one of the priorities of the comprehensive strategy for the real estate sector, which was approved by the Council of Ministers, which contributes to building an electronic real estate registry for lands and properties and realizes the third pillar of the strategy in highlighting the effectiveness of the market; to be vital and attractive and give confidence to the participants.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
