property<\/mark><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The regulation authorizes the Authority to offer two or more government entities to lease the same property, if this would rationalize the financial costs for the government entities and develop the utilization of the property to be leased in a way that does not prejudice the need of those entities for real estate and the
