Bank Al Jazira has been awarded the \u201cBest Bank in Retail Banking for 2014\u201d Awarded by World Finance, a global business and financial magazine published by World News Media from its headquarters in London, a special ceremony was held at the London Stock Exchange, and the award was received by Khalid Al Othman, Senior Vice President and Head of Retail Banking Group.<\/p>\n
On this occasion, Mr. Al-Othman said that this award comes as a culmination of a journey of excellence that Bank Al Jazira has undergone in the retail banking sector, despite the intense competition in this sector. The success march included Bank Al Jazira's excellence in several synchronized tracks with the aim of providing an integrated range of banking services to the retail segment.<\/p>\n
Al Othman explained that Bank Al Jazira has taken the lead in launching the investment real estate financing program, in addition to the residential and real estate financing program, which enjoys a large market share, in addition to the remarkable demand achieved by the personal finance program, which translated the confidence of Bank Al Jazira's customers and increased their confidence in the bank's programs, in addition to the diverse range of credit cards, which included cards offered for the first time in terms of concept and content for the first time. The bank has significantly expanded its customer access channels, whether through the introduction of a large number of new branches and ATMs in areas reached by the bank for the first time, or through award-winning electronic channels such as Al Jazira Smart, Al Jazira Online, and Al Jazira Phone.
