<\/span>Acting Minister of Housing Dr. Essam bin Saad bin Saeed honored Basma Real Estate Management Company during his opening of the Riyadh Real Estate and Housing Exhibition \u00abRistax 18\u00bb last week, presenting it with the award for Best Real Estate Marketer in the Kingdom for the year 2014, The award was received by His Excellency the Minister and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Basma, Sheikh Khalid Al-Baltaan. Following the opening ceremony, the Minister of Housing visited Basma\u2019s booth, where he was received by Basma\u2019s General Manager, Khalid Al-Mubayyad, and a number of company officials. He listened to a detailed explanation of the company\u2019s activities and its efforts in real estate marketing and management, which reinforce the company\u2019s role in achieving the Ministry\u2019s goals of providing adequate housing for citizens. It is worth noting that the company is participating in the exhibition for the sixth consecutive year. .<\/p>\n

On this occasion, Khalid Al-Mubayyad stated that Basma\u2019s participation this year carries a message titled \u00abThe Largest Private Call Center for Real Estate Services\u00bb in the Kingdom. In this context, Al-Mubayyad highlighted the company\u2019s expansion efforts to be closer to its customers, noting the announcement of the opening of the Al-Yasmin branch as a new point of service where the company will offer its services to the public.<\/p>\n

For his part, Basma CEO Mansour Al-Qamizi said that Basma\u2019s participation in the exhibition was outstanding and targeted specific segments of citizens, companies, and developers, by highlighting self-service features such as online property searches and the ability to submit requests directly through the website.<\/p>\n

For his part, Wael Al-Ahmar, Director of Marketing and Public Relations at Basma, confirmed that the company had achieved its goal for the event, as the number of visitors to the Basma booth exceeded 1,000, and orders were recorded for more than 100 clients, with most clients interested in the residential sector, followed by the land and commercial sectors. Basma\u2019s booth stood out for its layout, which distributed the various sectors across all corners of their exhibition space, There was a dedicated section for the residential sector, the commercial sector, and the land sector, as well as a section for other services (appraisal, property management, and studies).
