\nHis Excellency pointed out that the real estate sector is one of the most prominent sectors that contribute to the national economy, as the construction and construction activity achieved a contribution to non-oil activities at current prices of 11.60% and real estate activities contributed 14.50% in the second quarter of 2022, adding that the housing sector contributes more than 115 billion riyals to GDP and provides about 40,000 direct and indirect jobs.
\nReal estate assets accounted for about 34% of the total assets of private investment funds of 333 billion riyals in the second quarter of 2022, according to CMA data.
\nHe explained that the Ministry's sponsorship of this exhibition comes out of its belief in the important role of the exhibition and the goals it hopes to achieve, as it brings together the real estate sector to showcase their products. The exhibition is accompanied by workshops that provide important information on the most important systems, legislation and products that contribute to the growth and prosperity of the real estate development industry, such as; real estate registration, first home ownership journey, Ijar product, and others.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
