{"id":52120,"date":"2022-10-16T11:42:36","date_gmt":"2022-10-16T08:42:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/?p=52120"},"modified":"2022-10-16T11:42:36","modified_gmt":"2022-10-16T08:42:36","slug":"%d9%85%d8%b4%d8%a7%d8%b1%d9%8a%d8%b9-%d9%85%d8%b9%d8%b1%d8%b6%d8%b1%d9%8a%d8%b3%d8%aa%d8%a7%d8%aa%d9%83%d8%b3-%d8%ac%d8%af%d8%a9-%d8%a7%d9%84%d8%b9%d9%82%d8%a7%d8%b1%d9%8a-%d8%aa%d9%83%d8%b4","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/52120\/","title":{"rendered":"Jeddah Real Estate Restatex projects reveal the roadmap for the future of the sector"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>With great success, the <a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/?p=52108\">\u201cRestatex Jeddah Real Estate Exhibition\u201d<\/a> The conference was inaugurated last Thursday evening at the Jeddah Center for Forums and Events, after His Excellency the Deputy Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, Engineer Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Badir, who stressed during the opening ceremony that the wise leadership is interested in developing the real estate sector in the Kingdom as one of the pillars of the national economy, and the ministry is keen to organize it, develop it, improve its supervision mechanisms, raise its efficiency, encourage investment in it, and increase its contribution to the local output.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Economic contribution of the real estate sector<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>His Excellency pointed out that the real estate sector is one of the most prominent sectors that contribute to the national economy, as the construction and construction activity achieved a contribution to non-oil activities at current prices of 11.60% and real estate activities contributed 14.50% in the second quarter of 2022, adding that the housing sector contributes more than 115 billion riyals to GDP and provides about 40,000 direct and indirect jobs.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>High value <\/strong><strong>For real estate assets<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Real estate assets accounted for about 34% of the total assets of private investment funds of 333 billion riyals in the second quarter of 2022, according to CMA data.<\/p>\n<p>He explained that the Ministry's sponsorship of this exhibition comes out of its belief in the important role of the exhibition and the goals it hopes to achieve, as it brings together the real estate sector to showcase their products. The exhibition is accompanied by workshops that provide important information on the most important systems, legislation and products that contribute to the growth and prosperity of the real estate development industry, such as;
