A joint working group comprising representatives from the Fund and the Committee was also formed to begin implementing this agreement.<\/p>\n<p>The Board of Directors of the Real Estate Development Fund recently approved the granting of the Fund\u2019s loans under the off-plan sales system. The agreement was signed by Dr. Fahad Abu Haimed, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Commerce, and Eng. Youssef Al-Zaghibi, Director General of the Fund.<\/p>\n<p>On this occasion, Engineer Youssef Al-Zaghibi, Director General of the Real Estate Development Fund, said: This agreement is intended to implement the decision to grant loans from the Real Estate Development Fund to eligible applicants and to carry out all decisions issued by the Fund\u2019s Board, including off-plan sales of residential units.<\/p>\n<p>Al-Zaghibi emphasized the importance of this step by real estate developers, noting the importance of implementing this aspect when developing residential projects, marketing their products, and obtaining off-plan sales permits for those eligible for mortgage loans.
