It is the primary responsibility of the senior management to appoint a manager and a suitable number of employees. This is essential to improve the work environment and provide the necessary tools and services to help all departments of the company operate without administrative problems resulting from a lack or mere delay in the availability of the necessary tasks and tools to complete work and achieve objectives.<\/p>\n

The Department of Administrative Affairs is responsible for all matters related to the company\u2019s headquarters and its facilities, including offices, furniture, office equipment, and computers, as well as the needs for the buffet and cleaning supplies.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>Tasks of the Department of Administrative Affairs:<\/strong><\/p>\n

-\u00a0<\/strong>Contracting with suppliers to supply the company with the furniture, offices, electronic devices, photo equipment, office tools, and all auxiliary tools such as air fresheners, cleaners, and more.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Contracting with the internet company to deliver the service to offices and the company\u2019s multiple locations so that employees can communicate with customers while safeguarding the value of time and expediting task completion.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Contracting with equipment maintenance companies to ensure their continued operation and the uninterrupted flow of work.<\/p>\n

\u2013 The Department of Administrative Affairs is responsible for operating the company's vehicles, maintaining them, and overseeing all related matters, such as renewing vehicle licenses and visiting the dealership for periodic maintenance.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Contracting with mobile phone companies and providing lines for employees to facilitate their work; the Administrative Affairs Department also monitors the payment of employees\u2019 bills to ensure that the service continues.<\/p>\n

\u2013 The archive (the place where official documents and contracts are kept) is also the responsibility of the Administrative Affairs Department, where official documents and papers are kept in a safe place and stored in a scientifically organized manner, either according to the document\u2019s date or according to alphabetical order to facilitate their retrieval and delivery to the responsible person, with a temporary receipt of delivery until it is returned again.<\/p>\n
