Real estate professionals who participated in the \u00abCityscape Abu Dhabi\u00bb and \u201dCityscape Qatar\u201d real estate and tourism exhibitions and \u201dArabian Travel Market,\u201d held this month, confirmed that major European companies have proposed building giant, unconventional fountains featuring specifications never before seen in the Gulf states.<\/p>\n
They told the German Press Agency that these proposals are currently under review, in preparation for their implementation in the near future with budgets estimated at tens of millions of dollars.<\/p>\n
It is worth noting that the tremendous success of the giant fountain projects inaugurated over the past few years in Dubai, Doha, and Sharjah has drawn attention to these projects as a new and highly successful tourism attraction in the Gulf.<\/p>\n
A few months ago, Doha inaugurated the \u00abPearl of the East\u00bb musical fountain, which has become one of Qatar\u2019s most important tourist attractions, drawing hundreds of visitors daily. The fountain is considered one of the largest in the Middle East, and is the first dancing musical fountain in Qatar.<\/p>\n
