The ministry said it has launched an investigation into the violations and that the necessary measures have been taken.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" dir=\"rtl\">The ministry revealed<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>It monitored more than 17,000 real estate units during the first quarter of this year (2015), conducting more than 80 inspection tours to monitor project progress and oversee their implementation in the regions of Makkah, Riyadh, and the Eastern Province.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" dir=\"rtl\">Through these site visits, the Ministry aims to monitor and review the stages of completion, and to discuss the latest updates on the progress of work by real estate development companies, as well as the periodic reports issued by the certified public accountant and engineering consultant approved by the off-plan sales program for each project.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" dir=\"rtl\">It is worth noting that the off-plan sales program is one of the ways to acquire real estate that allows buyers to purchase property at a lower cost, in addition to enabling real estate developers to obtain direct financing through buyers\u2019 payments.
