Allocation.<br \/>\n2. Leasing.<br \/>\n3. Investment.<br \/>\n4. The Authority may lease state-owned real estate for a term not exceeding (ten) years; the term of the lease agreement shall be determined at the Authority\u2019s discretion.<br \/>\n2. Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph (1) of this article, the contract may include a provision for its extension after the end of its initial term for a period not exceeding (five) years, in which case it may provide for an increase in rent of not less than (5%) of the rent for the original term if the extension is for one year or less, and not less than (10%) of the rent for the original term if the extension is for more than one year.<br \/>\n3. Upon vacating the leased state property, it shall be handed over to the Authority based on an inspection report documenting its condition and any damage caused by misuse; the report shall be signed by the Authority and the tenant.
