It collaborates with 13 government agencies to review the applications and ensure that all information and data related to them are accurate.<\/p>\n<p>The rules and procedures governing the committees responsible for reviewing applications for real estate ownership stipulate that the property subject to the ownership application must have been revitalized prior to the order prohibiting revitalization, and that the application must be submitted before May 5, 1444, and that the property not be located in areas where ownership may not be acquired under Sharia law or pursuant to orders, decisions, and instructions, in addition to the completion of the required approved forms to finalize the application; and that the committees will not consider any application for ownership of a property that has already been adjudicated by a final and binding judgment, or where the property sought is located in areas where ownership may not be acquired under Sharia law or pursuant to orders, regulations, and decisions, or where it conflicts with zoning or planning regulations, or any other development projects.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Applications for Real Estate
