These included <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><a style=\"color: #ff0000;\" href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/52351\/\">Regulatory Violations<\/a><\/span> Real Estate Advertisements: Failure to mention the advertiser\u2019s name and status (owner, authorized representative), and failure to specify the property\u2019s boundaries, dimensions, and related services, while violations of real estate market analysis regulations included causing confusion among the general public, lack of objectivity and impartiality, and exaggeration in the presentation.<br \/>\nThe Authority stated that it had resolved 2,147 violations, while 1,892 violations remain under review, and the number of real estate disputes pending at the Saudi Real Estate Arbitration Center reached 7. The Authority licensed an online real estate platform, while 56 real estate establishments received a real estate brokerage classification. The number of registered users of the \u201cAqari\u201d service reached 4,448, The number of registered real estate firms stood at 288, while 2,990 applications were submitted for the \u201cReal Estate Advertiser\u201d service (including 249 from businesses and 2,741 from individuals). The Power of Attorney service recorded 873 electronic real estate powers of attorney, while the \u201cMalakiya\u201d Committee for Resolving Property Registration Errors received 70 objections during the month of November.<br \/>\nThe Authority reaffirmed its commitment to developing real estate legislation that ensures the stability of the real estate market, as well as oversight and enforcement against violators; emphasizing the need to comply with regulations, rules, and regulatory controls, and noting that it accepts reports of real estate violations and receives complaints submitted
