In order to promote the principle of transparency and participation, the CBRC invited interested parties and specialists to express their views and comments on the draft, through <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><a style=\"color: #ff0000;\" href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/35375\/\">Reconnaissance platform\u201c<\/a> <\/span>of the National Competitiveness Center.<\/p>\n<p>According to a central bank statement on Monday, the issuance of these regulations stems from the Saudi Central Bank's keenness to raise the level of confidence of those dealing with financial institutions, protect customers from misinformation, and enhance the principle of disclosure and transparency.<\/p>\n<p>The Central Bank explained that these regulations aim to set the regulatory framework that financial institutions must adhere to when advertising financial products and services.<\/p>\n<p>The Saudi Central Bank explained that feedback will be received on the draft \u201cDraft Regulations for Advertising Products and Services Provided by Financial Institutions\u201d within 15 days, noting that all feedback will be studied in order to adopt the final version of these regulations.<\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"span-reading-time rt-reading-time\" style=\"display: block;\"><span class=\"rt-label rt-prefix\">Reading time: <\/span> <span class=\"rt-time\"> &lt;
