{"id":53019,"date":"2022-12-20T13:06:02","date_gmt":"2022-12-20T10:06:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/?p=53019"},"modified":"2022-12-20T13:06:02","modified_gmt":"2022-12-20T10:06:02","slug":"%d8%b4%d9%87%d8%a7%d8%af%d8%a9-%d8%ad%d8%ac%d9%85-%d8%a7%d9%84%d9%85%d9%86%d8%b4%d8%a3%d8%a9","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/53019\/","title":{"rendered":"24,540 SMEs Receive Enterprise Size Certificate"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The number of establishments holding a certificate of establishment size issued by the General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises (GASME) has reached \u201c<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><a style=\"color: #ff0000;\" href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/51930\/\">installations<\/a><\/span>\u201cIn 2022, about 24,540 micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs). <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><a style=\"color: #ff0000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.monshaat.gov.sa\/SMEs-definition\">Certificate<\/a> <\/span>Exempting local enterprises from submitting the initial guarantee when they wish to enter government tenders.<\/p>\n<p>Monshaat explained that the establishment size certificate provides many advantages, most notably : Providing a greater opportunity for enterprises in government tenders through mechanisms that favor local SMEs by assuming the prices of other enterprises\u201c offers are 10% higher in all contracts except supply contracts, giving priority in limited tenders, in addition to giving priority in direct procurement, and when offers are equal and the competition terms and specifications do not provide for splitting the competition between equal offers, local SMEs will have priority in the award.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Conditions for obtaining a facility size certificate:<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Availability of a valid commercial register for the establishment, or a labor file number in the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.<\/p>\n<p>The commercial registry and facility file must be in an active state.<\/p>\n<p>Provides headcount data based on recorded information.<\/p>\n<p>Revenue statements or a completed declaration are required at the time of the certificate issuance process.<\/p>\n<p>The number of employees of the establishment must not be less than one and not more than 249.<\/p>\n<p>The organization's annual revenue should not exceed SAR 200 million.<\/p>\n<p>The applicant must have one of the roles approved by the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"span-reading-time rt-reading-time\" style=\"display: block;\"><span class=\"rt-label rt-prefix\">Reading time: <\/span> <span class=\"rt-time\"> &lt;
