<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><a style=\"color: #ff0000;\" href=\"https:\/\/infath.sa\/\">Attribution and Liquidation Center \u201cEnforcement\u201d<\/a><\/span> 16 public auctions, ranging from in-person to online auctions, for the sale of real estate and personal property in various regions of the Kingdom during the period from December 31, 2022, to January 8, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>According to the center, the auctions feature more than 120 properties, ranging from commercial, residential, and agricultural land to villas and apartment buildings, in addition to various types of vehicles.<\/p>\n<p>The auctions begin with the online \u201cAl-Ghanayim\u201d auction, featuring 4 properties located in the Riyadh region; the third online \u201cRabwah Jeddah\u201d auction, featuring one property in the Jeddah Governorate; the online \u201cNasa\u2019im Riyadh\u201d auction, featuring 14 properties in the city of Riyadh; the in-person Al-Hijrah auction featuring 26 properties in Madinah, and the Taiba online auction featuring 6 properties in Madinah as well.<\/p>\n<p>The \u00abEnfaz\u00bb Center is also holding the \u201cRehab Al-Hijaz\u201d online auction, featuring 13 properties in Makkah, Taif, and the Turbah Governorate; the \u201cBride of the Red Sea\u201d online auction, featuring 3 properties in the Jeddah Governorate; the \u201cRabwah Al-Shamal\u201d online auction featuring four properties in both Sakaka and Tabarjal; the \u201cAtyaf Najd\u201d online auction featuring one property in Al-Kharj Governorate; and the \u201cZillal Taybah II\u201d online auction featuring two properties in Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah.<\/p>\n<p>Also among the auctions are the Diar Al-Qassim online auction featuring 7 properties in the Al-Qassim region, the Riyadh Azhar online auction featuring four properties in the city of Riyadh, and the Future of the North online auction featuring 19 properties located in Al-Qurayyat, Sakaka, and Dumat Al-Jandal.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the second Al-Qassim Charity Online Auction, featuring two properties in the Al-Qassim region; the second Al-Marjan Auction, featuring 14 properties in the Eastern Province; and the Sarouh Al-Hadouri Auction, featuring a variety of cars and trucks in Riyadh.<\/p>\n<p>It should be noted that the Support and Liquidation Center \u201c<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><a style=\"color: #ff0000;\" href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/35461\/\">Enforcement<\/a><\/span>\u201dIt is an independent government agency and one of the initiatives of the National Transformation Program under the Kingdom\u2019s Vision 2030; it works to delegate liquidation and sale activities to technically specialized private-sector entities, as well as overseeing the liquidation of real estate, movable property, and estates assigned to it by judicial authorities, the private sector, and individuals, thereby helping to expedite the fulfillment of rights and ensure
