#ff0000;\">Product\u00a0<u>Electronic Contracts<\/u><\/span>\u00a0Notarized contracts; to become enforceable instruments and an effective tool in promoting preventive justice and safeguarding the rights of contracting parties, with the aim of establishing standardized templates for notarized contracts that are integrated with notarization services, promote preventive justice, enable swift justice, support the government sector and individuals, bolster judicial indicators, and achieve global leadership in contract enforcement.<\/p>\n<p>The Ministry of Justice clarified that it is working with a number of agencies and bodies that oversee various sectors to examine the documentation of their contracts so that all aspects of the contract\u2014including rights and obligations\u2014are taken into account; so that they may be enforced before the enforcement courts as enforceable instruments that protect the rights of all parties while ensuring swift enforcement and the collection of the rights therein.<\/p>\n<p>The ministry noted that the project goes through a number of stages in accordance with a procedural guide, beginning with establishing a legal and documentary basis for considering the contract as an enforceable instrument, while examining the nature of the contract and the implications of its adoption as an enforceable instrument, followed by a legal review of the contract, and concluding with<a
