The Federation of Saudi Chambers called on workers in the real estate sector to participate in expressing their opinion on the classification of violations and penalties for the real estate brokerage system proposed by the General Authority for Real Estate Regulations<\/a><\/span> through a survey platform to enable the public, government agencies and the private sector to provide feedback.<\/p>\n

The Federation of Chambers said that this comes out of its keenness to carry out its tasks in serving the business sector, enhancing its gains and taking care of the legislation that serves its progress and prosperity in line with the outcomes of Vision 2030.<\/p>\n

According to Regulation<\/a><\/span> According to the Real Estate Brokerage Law, violations of the brokerage system are categorized into five main categories:<\/h4>\n

- License violations, including practicing real estate brokerage or real estate services without obtaining a license.<\/p>\n

- Violations of commission, guarantee and deposit, including the real estate broker keeping the deposit as a guarantee of his right, or receiving any amount from the contracting parties in favor of any of them in excess of the amount he requires to carry out his work, or disposing of the amounts he receives for purposes other than the purposes for which they were intended.<\/p>\n

- Real estate marketing violations, including failure to indicate the name and number of the licensee or license in any advertisement or publication related to real estate.<\/p>\n

- Violations of real estate information and documents, including providing real estate brokerage services without possessing copies of documents and proofs of ownership of the property or ownership of its benefits, providing misleading information or concealing material information regarding the property subject to real estate brokerage or real estate service.<\/p>\n

- General violations include failure to comply with the mandatory forms and contracts for real estate services and activities and failure to deposit or register the concluded brokerage contracts or real estate transactions in the electronic platform, while the fines include warnings, financial fines, and revocation of the license depending on the cases and the frequency of the violation.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
