However, if there were greater flexibility\u2014such as the ability to authorize marketing through an online platform\u2014this would improve the marketing process in a reliable manner.<\/p>\n<p>Regarding the impact of the real estate brokerage system\u2019s suspension on practitioners in the profession, Al-Qahtani explained that <span style=\"color: #800000;\"><a style=\"color: #800000;\" href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/19250\/\">Real Estate Agencies<\/a><\/span> Small businesses will likely be affected in one way or another, as property owners will turn to the strongest companies in the market and sign exclusive marketing contracts; he noted that if there were flexibility in the form of a non-exclusive authorization, it would be beneficial for everyone.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Training and Licensing<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>The real estate expert urged unlicensed brokers to quickly improve their status, undergo training, and obtain the necessary licenses before the new regulations take effect, otherwise they will face extinction. He emphasized the need for all real estate professionals to work together to help enforce the regulations and prevent these brokers from operating under the table and circumventing the system.<\/p>\n<p>Regarding the future of the real estate market in the new year, 2023, Al-Qahtani said: \u201cAs someone working in the real estate sector, I hope it will be a prosperous year for all real estate professionals and a more regulated one.\u201d.<\/p>\n<h4>=<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Khalid Al-Qarni: \u201dImproving the Quality of Services Provided\u201d<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Khalid Al-Qarni of Taktik Real Estate Services believes that the implementation of the real estate brokerage system gives the real estate market the authority of the system and enhances the credibility and transparency of the real estate market index, and will increase the likelihood of real estate transactions being completed. He emphasized that the real estate sector is a promising one and that those involved in the real estate brokerage system are proud of its implementation.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Its positive impact on licensed brokers<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Al-Qarni stated that <span style=\"color: #800000;\"><a style=\"color: #800000;\" href=\"https:\/\/istitlaa.ncc.gov.sa\/ar\/Municipality\/rega\/RealEstateBrokerage\/Pages\/default.aspx\">The Proposed System<\/a> <\/span>It will have a positive impact on brokers licensed by the Real Estate Brokerage System who are now practicing professionals, and they will play an active role in implementing the system. Anyone who attempts to operate illegally by circumventing the system will face penalties for violations. Al-Qarni advised them to seek training and rectify their situations. The government has established the Saudi Real Estate Institute for training, professional development, and access to information from reliable sources.
