The agreement includes the establishment of a project-specific company with an initial capital of 1 million Saudi riyals, with Emaar Economic City holding a 40% stake and Al-Hokair Group holding a 60% stake in the capital. The agreement was signed by the CEO and Managing Director of King Abdullah Economic City and Al-Hokair\u2019s assistant, who is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Abdulmohsen Al-Hokair
