The Fund aims to support and develop associations and their programs, ensuring the sustainability of their operations, by providing them with soft loans and the necessary guarantees through support for programs and projects that stimulate the growth and development of associations, strengthening their institutional capacities and contributions to development, helping them sustain their financial resources, and developing, training, and enhancing the professional capabilities of their staff.<\/p>\n<p>The fund also aims to support organizations in the areas of investment and social innovation,
