\nThe ministry said in a statement that Al-Badeer reviewed the progress of work and the level of completion at the site of the Shawajara project, which provides 812 housing units, to identify the challenges of the project and the reasons for the delay in delivery, and visited the King Abdullah Suburb project, which provides 1236 housing units to check the units ready for delivery and ensure their readiness, and inspected the Al-Raya project, which provides 496 housing units for development housing beneficiaries to check the progress of work in the project and plans for final delivery to the beneficiaries.<\/p>\n

He was also briefed on the progress of the Al Durrah 1, Al Durrah 2 and Pearl 1 projects, which provide more than 600 housing units for beneficiaries Developmental housing<\/a> <\/span>He also inspected the ready-to-deliver units in the Ruba Al-Arda project, which provides 198 housing units for the beneficiaries of the project. Developmental housing<\/a><\/strong><\/span>The Ministry's villas project in Al Qahma, which provides 164 housing units, as well as the service needs of the residential projects on Farasan Island, which provides more than 1,700 housing units.<\/p>\n

During his visits to the projects, the Deputy Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing stressed on raising the level of achievement and progress in the projects, emphasizing the need to intensify efforts in infrastructure and services to meet the aspirations of the beneficiaries of Saudi families.<\/p>\n

He also stressed that the ministry is constantly following up on the completion of the projects according to the timetables to ensure that they are implemented with high quality and delivered on time in line with the aspirations of the beneficiary families, as part of the ministry's efforts to facilitate home ownership for Saudi families and raise its percentage in accordance with the objectives of the Housing program<\/a><\/strong><\/span> - He praised the support of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Nasser bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Jazan Region, for the completion of housing and development projects that reflect on the lives of residents and families in the region.<\/p>\n

During his tour in Jazan, Engineer Al-Badeer visited a number of NGOs, where he visited the Al-Siddiq Society for Honoring the Dead, and the Creative Fingers Association for Crafts and Professions, and reviewed the efforts of the association in training and empowering the guarantor families and the most needy beneficiaries of development housing, praising what he saw during his visit, and visited the Prince Mohammed bin Nasser Development Housing Association in Jizan, which specializes in providing housing services for guarantor families and the most needy and discussed with the association management ways to enhance cooperation and participation to serve the people and families in the region.<\/p>\n
