{"id":53553,"date":"2023-01-15T21:25:01","date_gmt":"2023-01-15T18:25:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/?p=53553"},"modified":"2023-01-15T21:25:01","modified_gmt":"2023-01-15T18:25:01","slug":"500-%d8%a3%d9%84%d9%81-%d9%81%d8%b1%d8%b5%d8%a9-%d8%a7%d8%b3%d8%aa%d8%ab%d9%85%d8%a7%d8%b1%d9%8a%d8%a9","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/53553\/","title":{"rendered":"Al-Haqeel reveals 5000 investment opportunities at the Municipal Investment Forum"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>His Excellency Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, Minister of Municipal, Rural, and Housing Affairs, announced the holding of the second edition of <span style=\"color: #800000;\"><a style=\"color: #800000;\" href=\"https:\/\/momrah.gov.sa\/ar\/announcements\/14031\">\u201cFursat\u201d Municipal Investment Forum\u201d<\/a><\/span> January 24\u201326 at the Exhibition and Convention Center in Riyadh Front.<\/p>\n<p>The forum aims to increase the private sector\u2019s contribution to urban development by stimulating local investment and attracting foreign investment that will help improve the quality of life in cities and enable the implementation of sectoral and regional strategies.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\">5,000 Investment Opportunities<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Engineer Khalid bin Muhammad Al-Daghither, the Undersecretary of the Ministry and General Supervisor of the forum, explained that the forum includes more than 25 panel discussions featuring a number of leaders, specialists, and experts, as well as 50 specialized workshops and the presentation of more than 5,000 suitable for all types of investors across various economic sectors.<\/p>\n<p>Al-Daghither also explained that more than 60 entities are participating in the forum and the accompanying exhibition, including opportunity providers, potential funding sources, and government agencies that regulate and support the sector, ensuring that investors have a comprehensive experience in terms of opportunities, financing, and regulatory mechanisms.<\/p>\n<p>It was confirmed at the press conference that <a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/28489\/\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Opportunities Forum<\/span><\/a> It provides an opportunity for all investors\u2014including entrepreneurs, small and medium-sized enterprises, and major investors across various economic sectors\u2014to explore the opportunities presented by city secretariats, municipalities, and participating entities, as well as the services offered, and to benefit from the panel discussions and workshops.
