The panel discussions and workshops review these themes, which are regulatory and legislative directives on the real estate sector, future cities and urban development, smart cities and sustainability, the attractiveness and effectiveness of real estate investment, and raising the level of safety and quality in construction technology.<\/p>\n<p>The forum will also discuss quality of life in real estate development, financing in enhancing the real estate market, artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things and big data in the real estate sector, human capabilities and qualification in the real estate sector, and social responsibility in the real estate market.<\/p>\n<p>One of the sessions will discuss<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/35761\/\">\u00a0<span style=\"color: #993300\">Future of Real Estate Forum<\/span><\/a><\/strong><span style=\"color: #993300\">\u060c<\/span> The forum addresses innovation, solutions, smart applications, real estate technology and virtual reality, as well as the impact of real estate technology platforms and applications in all areas of real estate, the fourth industrial revolution and 3D printing, through multiple sessions with the participation of experts in the technology sector from inside and outside the Kingdom.<\/p>\n<p>The participants will talk about the advantages of digital transformation in the real estate system, which contributed to raising the efficiency of the sector and increasing its value as well as enhancing its competitiveness, through the use of modern technical applications that improved quality and performance and made dealing in all areas of the real estate sector more flexible and easy, and also worked to enable the beneficiaries of this sector to open new horizons for real estate investment and make it more attractive.
