href=\"https:\/\/www.therff.com\/\">Future of Real Estate Forum<\/a><\/strong><\/span> On Wednesday, more than 50 agreements and memorandums of understanding were signed over three days in the field of real estate development and construction technologies, the development and construction of residential units, the establishment of real estate funds, as well as the provision of advisory and administrative services.<\/p>\n<p>Nearly 200 speakers, including Their Royal Highnesses princes, excellencies, deputy ministers and senior officials in ministries and government agencies, in addition to real estate experts, representatives of several real estate authorities, companies and institutions, personalities and guests from inside and outside the Kingdom, participated in the forum, which was distributed among 40 sessions and 25 workshops, as well as an exhibition of more than 60 participating pavilions.<\/p>\n<p>During the inauguration of the forum, Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing Majid bin Abdullah Al-Haqeel emphasized in his speech that \u201c<span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #993300;\" href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/53795\/\">Future of Real Estate Forum<\/a><\/strong><\/span>\u201dIt keeps pace with the government's trends in the real estate system and contributes to attracting foreign companies to invest in the Kingdom in the real estate sector in general and the residential sector in particular, as this sector is one of the pillars of the national economy.<\/p>\n<p>His Royal Highness Prince Dr. Faisal bin Meshal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Qassim region, stressed the importance of investing in rural tourism in all regions of the Kingdom, pointing out that the Kingdom's agricultural regions have distinct rural countryside and farms, during a panel discussion entitled \u201cThe Role of Emirates, Governorates and Ministries in Harmonization to Empower the Real Estate Sector.\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Talal bin Badr bin Saud, Governor of Al-Ahsa, explained the importance of integration between government agencies to develop the real estate sector.<\/p>\n<p>The Minister of Housing and Urban Planning of Oman, Dr. Khalfan Al-Shaili, participated in a panel discussion entitled \u201cThe Role of Emirates, Governorates and Ministries in Harmonization to Empower the Real Estate Sector\u201d, indicating that the targets of the Omani Vision 2040 programs are similar to the Kingdom's Vision 2030, especially the main foundations, in terms of human, social, governance, economic and environmental aspects.<\/p>\n<p>His Highness Prince Faisal bin Abdulaziz bin Ayyaf, Secretary of Riyadh Region, emphasized that the real estate sector is one of the strengths, reviewing the history of the city of Riyadh from the 1950s to today, stressing that the real estate sector, developers, real estate and the private sector estate, increases its attractiveness, and reduces the damage and risks of real estate disputes, which leads to the stability of the real estate system.<\/p>\n<p>The forum addressed, through its discussions and intensive sessions with the participation of specialized experts from inside and outside the Kingdom, the importance of alternative means of settling real estate disputes instead of resorting to the judiciary, as alternative means are the fastest and safest means of resolving real estate disputes, given that the resolution of real estate disputes through the judiciary may take a long time and may result in consequences that harm both the disputants and the real estate alike, as reconciliation and arbitration are among the most important alternative means most widely spread and accepted by real estate professionals to resolve disputes locally, internationally and regionally.<\/p>\n<p>The forum reviewed<span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #993300;\" href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/53710\/\"> Real estate disputes<\/a><\/strong><\/span> The mechanism of reconciliation and real estate arbitration, in addition to the importance of the reconciliation center and real estate arbitration centers and their role in creating a suitable, fair and attractive environment in the Kingdom that is characterized by confidentiality, neutrality, speed and high professionalism.<\/p>\n<p>A number of officials from the various reconciliation and arbitration centers spoke about the role they play, stressing that resolving disputes through reconciliation makes the real estate sector an attractive and vital sector.<\/p>\n<p>The speakers in the working sessions discussed 10 themes, namely financing in promoting the real estate market, artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things and big data in the real estate sector, quality of life in real estate development, the impact of legislative regulations on the real estate sector, future cities and urban development, smart cities and sustainability, human capabilities and their qualification in the real estate sector, smart construction in the real estate field, raising the level of quality and safety in construction technology, while workshops reviewed several important topics and issues, namely financing SMEs, real estate auctions and their impact on the sector,
