The Real Estate Fund carries out more than 10.2 million electronic transactions in 2022"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Execute <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #993300;\" href=\"https:\/\/portal.redf.gov.sa\/ar\/Pages\/default.aspx\">Real Estate Development Fund<\/a><\/strong><\/span>through its various electronic platforms, more than 10.2 million electronic operations and services during the past year 2022, with the rate of utilization of electronic services provided to beneficiaries growing by 70%, compared to 6 million electronic operations for the year 2021.<\/p>\n<p>The CEO attributed <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #993300;\" href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/53818\/\">For the real estate fund<\/a> <\/strong><\/span>Mansour bin Madi, the growth in the use of the e-services of the Real Estate Fund, due to the interaction, response and confidence of beneficiaries in the advanced digital solutions provided by the Fund.<\/p>\n<p>He pointed out that these services come in the context of the Fund's contribution to facilitate the beneficiary's journey to obtain housing with high standards and accuracy without the need to visit branches, and to maximize the use of financing and housing solutions electronically, in order to achieve the goal of the housing program - one of the programs of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 - to provide opportunities to own suitable housing for Saudi families.<\/p>\n<p>Bin Madi explained that the operations and services of the electronic platforms were characterized by flexibility, speed and accuracy in implementation, pointing out that they included more than 2.9 million calls answered by the unified call center, and more than 1.1 million operations through branches.<\/p>\n<p>He pointed out that the Fund's electronic portal carried out more than 6.1 million operations in 2022, a growth rate of 1,225% compared to 1.9 million operations in 2021.<\/p>\n<p>It is noteworthy that <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #993300;\" href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/53073\/\">Real Estate Development Fund<\/a><\/strong><\/span> The Fund continues to provide the services of housing support programs;
