Customer satisfaction is a cornerstone of success<\/span><\/h4>\n

Many people work in The world of trade<\/a><\/span> Whether you are an employee of an organization or a private company, or a founder or owner of that business, we will review here one of the most important components of success that top management often fails to achieve, namely \u201cachieving customer satisfaction\u201d.<\/p>\n

Marketing studies show that a satisfied customer tells five to seven people about their experience, while a dissatisfied customer tells everyone, which is called \u201cUnsatisfied customer tells everyone<\/a>\u201d<\/p>\n

In other words, unsatisfactory service becomes negative publicity for the business and its services, and in light of the spread of social media and its speed in spreading negative news, it becomes a great challenge to resolve such issues as soon as possible before they worsen and spread!<\/p>\n

We can say that customer satisfaction is a joint responsibility between several departments, including after-sales services, marketing and public relations as well, and therefore these departments will have to be one of their top priorities to achieve customer satisfaction, as the customer is the most important factor in your success and the reason for your survival and victory, God willing, and perhaps one of the most important marketing strategies is to achieve the desire of customers, solve their issues, feel their needs and work to achieve them according to an added value that distinguishes you from competing companies.<\/p>\n
