Signed National Housing Company<\/a><\/strong><\/span> Represented by CEO Mohammed Al-Batti, 30 agreements, memorandums of understanding and consulting contracts with a total investment of more than 24 billion riyals with a number of experienced and competent real estate developers, on the sidelines of the launch ceremony of the Al Fursan suburb<\/a> <\/strong><\/span>The largest residential suburbs in the Kingdom, under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Riyadh, and in the presence of Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing Majid bin Abdullah Al Haqeel.<\/p>\n

The ceremony included the signing of 18 real estate development agreements for the first phase of Al Dahiya, in partnership with Retal Urban Development, Dar & Emaar, Abdulrahman Al Rashed, Thabat Al Maskan, Real Estate Alliance, Arab Diar, Ajdan, Mohammed Al Habib, Miskan Industrial, Tilal Real Estate, Smo Real Estate, Maskan Al Arabia, Stars of Peace, Satta Al Tamimer, Innovative Investments, Tamkeen and Tamam, with the aim of developing and implementing residential units with various options, modern designs and different spaces, according to new standards of innovation in the construction sector.<\/p>\n

Several memorandums of understanding were also signed with Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Group, Sinomi, Abdullah Al Othaim Investment Company, Saudi Sports for All Federation, Lujam Sports, Nawaf Al Tamayyat Trading Company, Building Development Company and Mosque Architecture Society to develop vital facilities within Al Wataniya projects, including hospitals, health centers, commercial, entertainment, sports and community centers, as well as mosques and educational schools, to contribute to achieving the highest quality of life standards that meet the expectations of the Saudi family and provide them with a vibrant lifestyle in a fully serviced community where residents enjoy the comforts of home.<\/p>\n

During the ceremony, four consultancy contracts were signed for project management and supervision of the implementation of the first phase of Al Forsan District and the implementation of comprehensive infrastructure works, in addition to the implementation of the sales building according to the latest technologies that ensure the quality of infrastructure and enhance operational sustainability and project development, in partnership with Hill International, Zuhair Fayez & Associates Consulting, Al Omeir Trading and Contracting, and Adwaa Al Khalil Contracting Company, in addition to Al Khalil Contracting Company.<\/p>\n

It is worth noting that National Housing Company<\/a><\/strong><\/span> It recently launched Al Fursan suburb with a total area of more than 35 million square meters, providing more than 50,000 housing units for more than 250,000 people, as part of its work to develop suburbs and integrated residential communities that enhance the quality of life, and contribute to increasing the real estate supply in Riyadh with various housing options, and is keen to achieve the targets of the housing program, one of the programs of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, to raise the percentage of home ownership for Saudi families to 70%.<\/p>\n
