Rental transactions exceed SAR 75 billion in 2022"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The National Housing Company reported significant growth in rental transactions during 2022, recording <span style=\"color: #800000;\"><a style=\"color: #800000;\" href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/52300\/\">The \u201cIjar\u201d Network\u201d<\/a> <\/span>Residential and commercial lease transactions exceeded 75 billion riyals, representing an increase of more than 80% compared to 2021.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Lease Transactions Showing Increasing Growth<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>In its annual report, the company stated that the number of lease transactions concluded within the network grew by more than 87%, with a total of more than 2.3 million lease transactions.<\/p>\n<p>The report noted that Riyadh ranked first among cities in terms of total lease transactions, with more than 578,000 lease transactions and a growth rate exceeding 57% compared to 2021.<\/p>\n<p>He noted that the growth rate in the number of real estate brokerage offices that processed lease agreements in 2022 exceeded 20%, with a total of more than 21,000 offices.<\/p>\n<p>According to the report, the total number of transactions in 2022 grew by more than 87% compared to the number of transactions recorded in 2021, with a total of more than 2.3 million transactions.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Transactions: 1.8 million residential transactions<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>It also topped the list <span style=\"color: #800000;\"><a style=\"color: #800000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.moj.gov.sa\/ar\/opendata\/bi\/birealestateDistrct\/Pages\/Monthly.aspx\">Housing deals<\/a><\/span> Growth exceeded 89%, with a total of more than 1.8 million trades.
