Announced Roshan Group\u201c<\/a> <\/strong><\/span>the national real estate developer and one of the Public Investment Fund's major projects, has announced the establishment of Warfa, its second residential project in the capital Riyadh, following the success of ROSHN's first project, Sidra.<\/p>\n

The project is located Lush<\/span> <\/strong>It follows the principles and principles of planning, design and specifications of Roshan residential communities around the Kingdom, which are based on the application of the highest technical and planning standards and specifications that will raise the quality of living and humanize the urban environment. The estimated area of the\u201cLush<\/span> <\/strong>\u201dIt is planned to build more than 2,000 residential units on the project land to accommodate about 13,000 people, in addition to public facilities such as commercial and service centers, health and educational facilities, mosques, squares and public parks with a total area of 160,000 square meters, which will contribute to increasing the proportion of green spaces in the city, improving the quality of life of the population, reflecting on raising the lifestyle and well-being, within thoughtful urban spaces that meet their various needs.<\/p>\n

In all of ROSHN's projects, sustainability has been a hallmark of the design and construction of the projects, and the \u201cLush<\/span> <\/strong>\u201cThis includes providing the urban environment with shaded pedestrian walkways and bicycle paths, linking them to the road and street network to be more effective, and to reduce reliance on private vehicles and other traditional means of transportation.<\/p>\n

The Warfa project<\/strong><\/span> The use of solar energy in heaters, efficient distribution of air conditioning units to save energy, as well as modern sanitary and irrigation fixtures and appliances that minimize waste.
