href=\"http:\/\/www.monshaat.gov.sa\">Public Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises<\/a> <\/strong><\/span>\u201cManshaat\u201d Today, A joint memorandum of understanding aimed at providing a general framework for cooperation to support entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized enterprises operating in the real estate development sector, with the goal of increasing their participation and contribution to achieving the objectives of the Housing Program, one of the programs under the Kingdom\u2019s Vision 2030.<\/p>\n<p>The Fund was represented at the signing ceremony by Tarek Al-Musharraf, Vice President of Finance and Investment, and, on behalf of \u201cMonsha\u2019at,\u201d by Sami bin Ibrahim Al-Husseini, on the sidelines of the \u201cBiban 23\u201d forum in Riyadh.<\/p>\n<p>The memorandum of understanding aims to strengthen cooperation between the two parties and facilitate the exchange of scientific and practical expertise, as well as establishing projects that will develop the entrepreneurial ecosystem, support and promote entrepreneurial activities in the real estate development sector, and organize awareness-raising events for entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized enterprises, in accordance with the mechanisms and programs adopted by each party.<\/p>\n<p>For his part, the CEO explained <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #993300;\" href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/54736\/\">Real Estate Development Fund<\/a><\/strong><\/span> Mansour bin Madi stated that the memorandum of understanding with \u201cManshaat\u201d aims to strengthen joint cooperation and harness capabilities through the \u201cTatweer,\u201d enabling it to increase the housing supply in terms of both quantity and quality, as well as to provide innovative financing and housing options and opportunities for \u201cSakani\u201d beneficiaries.<\/p>\n<p>He added: \u201cThe memorandum of understanding will provide a mechanism enabling small and medium-sized enterprises to benefit from the \u201cTatweer\u201d program to expand their activities in the field of residential project development and encourage financial institutions to collaborate with them to achieve integration and increase the real estate supply by constructing high-quality residential projects at competitive prices in various regions of the Kingdom.\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>It is worth noting that the \u201cTatweer\u201d program aims to develop and ensure the sustainability of small and medium-sized enterprises, and to strengthen their role and contribution to increasing the supply of real estate, It is also one of the programs designed to encourage financial institutions to engage with a new segment of real estate development firms and
