Announced The electronic network for rental services \u201cEjar\u201d<\/a><\/strong><\/span> About recording \u201cRental Index\u201d<\/a><\/strong><\/span> More than 162 thousand rental transactions during the month of February, within the reports and data issued by the network in integration with the Sakani platform, and the addition of (6) new cities to the rental index, namely: (Taif, Rabigh, Aniza, Hafar Al-Batin, Ras Tanura, and Khais Al-Shait): (Taif, Rabigh, Onaiza, Hafar Al-Batin, Ras Tanura, and Khamis Mushait), bringing the number of cities covered by the index to 22 cities in all regions of the Kingdom.<\/p>\n

The program explained in a statement that the Rental index<\/a> <\/strong><\/span>For February, the number of registered rental transactions exceeded 162,000 residential and commercial transactions, with more than 131,000 residential transactions, while commercial transactions exceeded 30,000 in all cities of the index.<\/p>\n
