href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/55019\/\">Real estate funds<\/a><\/span> With a total value of more than 4 billion riyals to provide more than 4,000 housing units, in both Riyadh and Medina, on an area of more than 1 million m2.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It also witnessed the signing of more than 70 agreements and memorandums of understanding between government agencies and financial, investment and real estate companies, worth more than 11 billion riyals.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The exhibition ran for four days at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center under the patronage of Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing Majid Al-Hogail.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mohammed Al-Faraj, CEO of Ramtan, the organizer of the exhibition, said: \u00abThe large participation witnessed by Restatex Riyadh this year confirms its high importance and the confidence it enjoys from its success partners, who have played a major role in enhancing its importance over 30 years in Riyadh, Jeddah and the Eastern Province.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">He added: \u00abRestatex has become the most important real estate forum in the Kingdom, where major companies gather to showcase their latest real estate and financial products and services, and is an ideal opportunity to discuss opinions and ideas related to real estate through meetings and accompanying workshops that contribute to the development of the real estate sector in the Kingdom.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">He pointed out that the real estate sector is one of the most important strengths of the Saudi economy, a key pillar of sustainable development, and one of the living proofs of the Kingdom's ambitions in its modern renaissance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Restatex Riyadh Real Estate Exhibition, the largest edition of this year's Restatex Real Estate Exhibition, was held on an area of more than 15,000 square meters, with the participation of many government agencies related to real estate affairs and
