color: #800000;\">Employees The most important elements of the expansion marketing mix\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #800000;\">Dr. Mons Shujaa<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It's no secret that employees are the face of an organization, whether commercial, non-profit, service, or otherwise, and since the term Marketing Mix, which includes the 4P's, was introduced in the 1960s, this concept has evolved over the last decade into what is known as the 4P's. <span style=\"color: #800000;\"><a style=\"color: #800000;\" href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/27673\/\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\">with the 7P's expansion marketing mix<\/span>\u060c<\/a><\/span> Our topic here is the most important of these three newly added elements, the people providing the service, called People. .<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Perhaps I fully agree with this effective and very important addition, as the employee is the real face of the establishment, and therefore whatever the commercial entity and its marketing department exerted from campaigns, marketing materials and even promotional offers, the most important and decisive element when completing the sales transaction is the employee providing the service, who has the task of representing the entity in front of the service seeker or the buyer of the commodity in the best way, and he must be very familiar with the product or service provided to customers and must be fully convinced of it so that he can convince customers in return.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For example, if a mobile phone manufacturer conducts a campaign to promote its phones on electronic and other channels, and when customers arrive at the exhibition headquarters, the employees (salesmen) are not knowledgeable and qualified to review the advantages and specifications of that phone, that campaign will not achieve the desired results, and here the importance of integrating all the elements of the marketing mix becomes clear.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">@MounesShujaa<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Specializing in real estate finance and performance<\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"span-reading-time rt-reading-time\" style=\"display: block;\"><span class=\"rt-label rt-prefix\">Reading time: <\/span> <span class=\"rt-time\"> &lt;
