We continue on this journey, during which I have had the honor of meeting my dear friends, the readers of our esteemed newspaper *Amlak*. For more than two years, I have strived to convey accurate information based on research and science, and I ask God for success.<\/p>\n
A series of articles has begun (Real Estate Terms<\/a><\/span>) I have provided a simplified explanation of all the terms, outlining their most important characteristics, components, and definitions, so that experts can gain further insight and non-specialist readers can benefit.<\/p>\n This was followed by another series titled (Chief Executive Officer<\/a><\/span>) which we conclude today and which covers everything the reader needs to know about senior management in companies and institutions, the composition of the board of directors, and its pivotal role in steering the company toward success and achieving its goals, We also discussed the role of the chairman of the board and the value he brings to the company, both internally and externally, in dealing with banks, regulatory bodies, and all those who interact with the company.<\/p>\n The General Manager played a key role as an impartial mediator between senior management\u2014and the strategies, policies, and objectives it sets\u2014and the company\u2019s departments, defining and assigning responsibilities and monitoring progress on an ongoing basis, while exercising his authority to select and appoint managers, determine their salaries , as well as incentives, bonuses, and penalties for those who fail to meet their obligations.<\/p>\n The company's various departments, such as:<\/p>\n Marketing Department: We provided a comprehensive explanation of the department\u2019s role, how to conduct market research, how to write a general marketing study followed by an executive marketing study, and how these activities relate to the company\u2019s other departments.<\/p>\n Sales Management: Using the same simplified approach, we explained how sales management works, its structure, and how to write a sales plan; we also discussed why it is divided into stages, who is responsible for monitoring performance, how to assess whether results align with the plan, and how to address any shortcomings, if any.<\/p>\n Financial Management: This department was no less influential than its predecessors in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of operations, securing the necessary funds, and dealing with banks and government agencies in a manner that safeguards the company\u2019s rights while fulfilling its obligations, thereby preventing legal and financial problems.<\/p>\n Departments (Operations,
