Dividing real estate estates<\/span><\/h4>\n

The division of real estate estates is one of the inheritance lawsuits in which one of the heirs or a group of them resort to the competent court to divide the real estate estate estate estate forcibly among the heirs or sell it by auction and divide the money collected from its sale.<\/p>\n

Partition lawsuits are filed when there is a disagreement between the heirs about the division or the heirs want to sell the property and there are minors among them.<\/p>\n

These lawsuits are specific to real estate and not other assets, such as cash, money in banks, stocks, cars, etc., which require a separate lawsuit to divide them.<\/p>\n
