She called Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources<\/a> <\/strong><\/span>Industrial and mining facilities wishing to participate in the localization program should register their information with the Ministry via the following link: https:\/\/survey.mim.gov.sa\/Survey\/eqmbWr38-cc<\/a><\/span><\/strong>\/, in order to receive the various incentives and benefits offered by the program.<\/p>\n

The ministry explained that the program offers a range of incentives to individuals and businesses, such as wage subsidies to support businesses by covering a portion of employees\u2019 wages for a period of 24 months, as well as financial incentives for businesses committed to long-term employment and for individuals committed to job continuity, and the provision of a number of services, including transportation, training, and others.<\/p>\n

The incentives also include childcare support, aimed at helping mothers cover part of the costs of caring for their children, as well as remote work by encouraging employers to cover the costs associated with remote work for their employees, and providing a number of training opportunities, including: Basic training to address skill or knowledge gaps through short-term training programs.<\/p>\n

And it was Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources<\/a><\/strong><\/span> In a joint statement with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, it announced the launch of a wage support program in April 2021 to encourage the localization of jobs in the industrial sector across various regions of the Kingdom, with the aim of providing incentives and support to factories and attracting qualified Saudi nationals to work there.<\/p>\n
