It introduces the concept of a \u00abprofitable share\u00bb that yields charitable and social dividends to help provide housing for 3,500 families in dire need, by enabling community participation in raising one billion riyals, divided into 100 million shares, throughout the holy month, during which contributors can donate as little as 10 riyals.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Jood Platform<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>It is considered\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.joodeskan.sa\/\">Jood Platform<\/a>\u00a0Housing is one of the initiatives of the Community Development Housing Foundation aimed at engaging community members in community development programs and fostering social solidarity, through a well-regulated mechanism that ensures charitable donations reach those who are most in need.<\/p>\n<p>Overcoming Obstacles<\/p>\n<p>Subscription to the campaign surpassed the 500 million riyal mark, exceeding half of the campaign\u2019s target of 1 billion riyals on the seventh night of the holy month. These bids began coming in as soon as the bell rang on the first day of Ramadan.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Specific Sponsorships<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>The campaign launched its activities with the support of key sponsors and active partnerships from the public and private sectors, including the General Authority for Endowments, Al Rajhi Bank, STC Group, the National Housing Company, Ajlan &amp; Brothers Group, Khuzam Real Estate Company, Sumo Holding, Al Arabiya TV, Al Ikhbariya TV, MBC, and Al Arabiya TV.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Residential Safety<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Contributions from the initiative\u2019s partners and major donors doubled, with the General Authority for Endowments matching 10 percent of each contribution, for a total of 100 million riyals, while businessman Abdullah Al-Othaim announced his contribution of 100 million riyals to the campaign to help the most needy families achieve housing security.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\">New Contributions<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>The Ajlan &amp; Brothers Group and Khuzam Real Estate Development announced subscriptions to the platform in the amount of 50 million riyals each, while businessman Abdulaziz Baghlif announced that he and his brothers would contribute 30 million riyals.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Meeting the Need<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Generous contributions of 10 million riyals each were made by His Highness Holding, the Sulaiman Al-Habib Medical Group, and Bin Jarallah Company, as part of the campaign\u2019s efforts to meet the housing needs of families in dire need throughout the Kingdom.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\">An Innovative Model<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>The Jood Al-Iskan Charitable Subscription Campaign was an extension of the innovative model adopted by the Jood Al-Iskan platform to provide housing for families in dire need, and to enhance the nonprofit sector\u2019s contribution to achieving national goals by devising innovative solutions and initiatives to encourage the community to give and extend a helping hand to families most in need of housing support, in an ambitious initiative that stands as the largest in the history of the charitable housing sector.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Charitable Donations<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>The Jood subscription campaign was designed to mimic the style of an investment stock offering, with 100 million shares offered as part of the campaign, with a total value of one billion riyals, under the slogan \u201cYour Share Is Green for Life,\u201d with charitable and social returns that ensure the values of solidarity and compassion are realized and support the most vulnerable segments of
