Saudi Arabia's tourism sector and a success story<\/span><\/h4>\n

The amazing progress that the Kingdom is making in its economic sector was not random or a stroke of luck, but is the result of qualitative plans and programs, which were introduced by Vision 2030 about seven years ago, and today this vision is achieving its goals and aspirations at a confident pace, witnessed by the world, and confirms to those who matter that the Kingdom has decided to change for the better and rewrite its economy as it wishes, and this has been achieved on the ground.
\nBecause the vision relied solely on science, it was keen to anticipate the future and create several economic sectors that did not receive official attention in previous years, including the tourism sector, on which the vision bet, and today it won the bet, after all the achievements the sector has made in a few years.<\/p>\n

Adopting a sector strategy\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n

The Saudi tourism sector would not have achieved any significant progress had it not adopted a strong strategy that made it start where others ended, indicating that the Saudi tourism sector studied well the experiences of other countries in developing their tourism sectors, and how they advanced them and became one of the largest sectors supporting their economies, and the Kingdom wanted to surpass these countries through qualitative projects, with ideas similar to innovations, these projects, not the first of which is the Red Sea project, and not the last is Qiddiya, indicating that the Kingdom made its decision to be the pioneer in the tourism sector in the region.
\nEarly on, the Kingdom realized that reviving the tourism sector requires the concerted efforts of several institutions, including the Ministry of Interior, which made it easy for tourists to obtain the necessary visas within a few minutes, and the Ministry of Culture, which made sure to activate programs to utilize historical and heritage sites and places to serve the tourism sector, knowing that there are many tourists who search for these sites and want to visit them. The Ministry of Information had to market the tourism sector well by singing the glories of the Kingdom and its long history, which tells of important periods of human history on the land of the Arabian Peninsula
\nOn the other hand, the infrastructure has been prepared to boost the tourism sector, including modern airports and roads, hotels, and the organization of exceptional programs and events.<\/p>\n

A well-developed tourism sector<\/span><\/h5>\n

Today, I can confirm that in the Kingdom, we have an advanced tourism sector that can meet the aspirations, and the indicators achieved may indicate this, as the Kingdom's foreign tourism achieved promising statistics by obtaining the 13th place in the index of the number of international tourists for 2022. And the 11th place in the international tourism revenue index for the same year, before achieving the second place globally in the growth rates of the number of international tourists for the first quarter of 2023, recording leaps, which I believe are qualitative, and indicate that the Kingdom is on the right path and achieving all that it has sought and planned for.
\nI say and repeat what I have already stated before, that Vision 2030 has proven its success and superiority on the ground, and this vision deserves to be internationalized, and to be an icon of progress for promising and aspiring countries to enhance their prosperity and progress, at the same time, I believe that the story of Saudi Arabia's beekeeping has a survival, and we will all remember it when the vision programs are completed and achieve all that they sought in 2030.
