The workshops also review the role of the center and its services, which include (sales agent, lawyer, chartered accountant, bankruptcy trustee, engineering offices, resident, judicial custodian, judicial storage), and focus on economic opportunities and the developed attribution model to attract a large number of the private sector to cover the cities and governorates of the Kingdom, which contributes to accelerating the fulfillment of rights.<br \/>\nIt is considered <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #993300;\" href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/?s=%D8%A5%D9%86%D9%81%D8%A7%D8%B0\">Attribution and Filtering Center<\/a><\/strong><\/span> \u201cEnforcement, an initiative of the National Transformation Program (NTP), is the expert house specialized in overseeing the liquidation of real estate and movable assets, which is tasked with selling them<br \/>\nThrough the appointment of experts and service providers from entities specialized in valuation, marketing, property management, custody and inventory, by offering them as projects through the infath.sa platform in a transparent and competitive
