Kingdom City, Jeddah<\/strong><\/p>\n The Kingdom City master plan is designed to provide an integrated mixed-use environment with a modern lifestyle spread over a land area of 5.3 million square meters supported by an advanced and comprehensive infrastructure and superstructure. The first phase, which is under implementation, covers an area of 1.5 million square meters and will create 3.3 million square meters of modern mixed-use buildings that will be the heartbeat of North Jeddah.<\/p>\n The main objective of the development of this city is to provide a unique business, residential, entertainment and social life environment that provides residents and users with the highest levels of services to which the rising Saudi generation aspires with pride and pride, and will be a major stop for visitors to the city in the fields of business, commerce, entertainment, culture, medicine and education, and a determinant of the quality of future real estate and urban development, in addition to providing a bright future for future generations of Saudi youth by creating job opportunities and contributing effectively to the growing demand for housing.<\/p>\n Kingdom Tower Jeddah in Brief<\/strong><\/p>\n The tower includes 8 double-height, fire-resistant evacuation floors distributed along the length of the building, and this equipment exceeds the rates required globally or available in any other building.<\/p>\n The tower features 58 high-speed elevators, as well as the world's fastest double elevators (consisting of two cars connected vertically) that move at a speed of 12 meters per second, and these elevators are characterized by their ability to generate energy as they move, thus contributing to energy saving and environmental protection.<\/p>\n The Kingdom Tower has 170 floors in use, seven of which are dedicated to the five-star Four Seasons Hotel (200 rooms) and seven to offices.<\/p>\n The tower includes 121 luxury hotel apartments and 61 floors with 318 different residential units equipped with services, sports facilities, sports centers, health club, cafes and restaurants, in addition to the highest observation deck in the world at a height of 644 meters, giving visitors to the tower a unique view of the city of Jeddah
