the world in attendance, the event concluded <span style=\"color: #800000;\"><a style=\"color: #800000;\" href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/34887\/\">Future Projects Forum<\/a><\/span> The forum concluded its proceedings yesterday, Tuesday, during which it reviewed the details and progress of more than 3,000 projects worth one trillion Saudi riyals.<\/p>\n<p>The forum, which was attended by 43 organizations, highlighted the scope of future opportunities and projects, as well as the Kingdom\u2019s future needs from the construction sector\u2014given that it serves as the executive arm for the Kingdom\u2019s Vision 2030 projects and the primary driver of many key sectors.<\/p>\n<p>During the forum, Majid Al-Hogail, Minister of Municipal, Rural Affairs, and Housing, emphasized in his speech that such events play a major role in strengthening communication between the public and private sectors, and in sharing information, data, and expertise with local and international contractors, which greatly contributes to the precise planning of their projects; this, in turn, helps improve contractors\u2019 performance and enables them to secure suitable opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>He explained that <span style=\"color: #800000;\"><a style=\"color: #800000;\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/saudifpf?lang=ar\">Contracting sector<\/a><\/span> It is a cornerstone of the Kingdom\u2019s growth and prosperity; it plays a fundamental role in enabling many of the initiatives of the Kingdom\u2019s Vision 2030, and it is the primary driver of many vital sectors in the Kingdom.<\/p>\n<p>He said: \u201cThe government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, attaches great importance to developing and supporting this sector through the establishment of the Saudi Contractors Authority as one of the initiatives the government has introduced for this sector, in addition to restructuring its board of directors to include government representatives alongside their counterparts from the private sector, with the aim of achieving integration and harmony between the public and private sectors to identify opportunities for development and growth, as well as the issuance of a royal directive to form a permanent coordinating committee comprising members from various government agencies to develop the
