opportunities were offered through the \u201cEntifaa\u201d platform, in each of the regions of Riyadh, Tabuk, and Asir, with various areas and technical conditions according to each opportunity, in application of the procedures contained in Article 8 of the State Real Estate Leasing Law, which stipulates that the Authority announces through its digital portal (Entifaa) the desire to lease real estate for the benefit of government agencies.<\/p>\n<p>The first opportunity came to rent a property for the Supreme Judicial Council in Riyadh, on an area of 13,000 m2 - 15,000 m2, while the second opportunity came in the Tabuk region, to rent an administrative building in the city of Tabuk, to be the headquarters of the General Transport Authority, with an area ranging from 550 m2 to 650 m2, and the Authority announced the opportunity to rent a property to be an administrative building for public security in the Asir region, in Abha, on an area of 4000 m2 - 5000 m2, knowing that the end
